Prices are not permanent or flat rate, they are a base to work costs from.

This form is for requesting a commission. Filling out the form does not guarantee a commission will be taken. Replies may take some time.Please provide as much requested information as possible.
You may be asked to fill out the form again if details are added or changed.The form will close if the work queue is full.

Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the full terms of service below

- I have the right to decline commissions at any time for any reason.
- Refunds may be partial based on how much work was completed.
- When filling out commission forms, please provide as much necessary information as possible.
- References and descriptions provided should be clear and easy to read.
- Foul behavior and excessive impatience will not be tolerated and may lead to commission cancellations.
PROCESS
- Progress updates will be provided at major steps of the commission and upon customer request, excluding select quick or skeb style commissions.
- Commissions may or may not be worked on, on stream. Customers may request work be kept off stream in the case that it's meant to be a surprise or gift.
- Up to 3 months should be given for the time of completion for any commission, some factors or events may change this including:
Health, other commissions work, complexity, real life events or issues.
- Notification of delays will be given to customers effected and may be posted publicly if necessary.

PAYMENT
- Accepted currency is USD.
- Payment is processed through Paypal invoices.
- Invoices must be at least paid in half before work can begin on a commission.

REFUNDS
- Refunds may not be requested until after 48 hours after payment.
- Commission cancellations and refund requests of commissions which have been started, but not completed will be subject to partial refunds to cover work done.
- If payment has not been made, the customer has the right to cancel or change the commission.
- Filing a charge-back without attempting to ask for a refund or any other unjust reason will result in a revoke of all rights to the commissioned work, completed or not as well as a ban from further services.

ADULT CONTENT
I do draw adult content, but it is hosted under another pen name.
If you wish to get a commission involving mature (18+) themes it will be signed under my alternate online alias. If adult themed commissions are to be posted online it is also requested to be credited to my alternate online alias.

COPYRIGHT POLICY
I hold all rights to finished commissions allowing me to use all artworks to:
Promote myself in any place or site, to display and post finished works anywhere to my liking.By commissioning me, you agree that you own or have permission for any character or entity you are requesting work of. This does not include fan-work of corporate entities or mass produced media. For example, Pokemon.
Proof of permission to use characters or entities not belonging to the commissioner may be requested at any time. Failure to produce permissions or lying to receive artwork of a character not belonging to the commissioner will result in privileges of use being revoked.

COMMISSION USE POLICY
Allowed uses of commissioned work:
- Personal use as icons, banners, posting to share the image on social media.
- Re-post and use commissioned work to promote themselves and their characters with proper credit.
- Commissioned streaming assets (emotes/badges/etc.) may be used freely in promotional material and stream overlays.PROHIBITED uses of Commssioned work:
- Removing signatures, tracing, or reselling.
- Streaming assets are NOT to be resold on any merchandise digital or physical outside of the streaming platform. (Do not turn emotes into physical stickers to sell without commercial license)
- NFT minting or promotion of any kind.
- Training, editing, or altering of any kind in relation to LLM or AI image generation systems.

MERCHANDISE USE POLICY
Commissioned work should not be reproduced or resold as physical or digital merchandise (excluding stream assets included as emotes or badges with subscriptions) without purchasing merchandise usage rights.
Merchandise usage rights are to be discussed before purchase to come to agreement on what work can be reproduced for/as and for an appropriate cost. An agreement document will be provided as proof for what/how the work is allowed to be merchandised.
